Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination without notice and without refund of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. juta8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Juta8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This includes requesting a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, system hacking, or activities that compromise the integrity of gameplay. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the juta8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using the methods available on the platform, including online bank transfers and accepted local e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. juta8 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal review procedures. juta8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to five business days, depending on the payment method and account verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Unauthorised Transactions
If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised, juta8 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account while an investigation is carried out. Funds in any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity may be withheld until the investigation is concluded or referred to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limitations, Account Suspension and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Juta8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or unexpected game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability.
Account Suspension and Closure
Juta8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, promotion abuse, use of unauthorised third-party software, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Account closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the juta8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of juta8 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. juta8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Access to such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Juta8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
